Get Tickets to Watch the Seahawks Practice Before They Sell Out
Open practice sessions are available Saturday, July 25th through dates leading up to Kids Day on August 18th. Some of these open practice games are *only* open to season ticket holders and their guests (booooo!), but don't worry, I won't list those dates here.
The first of the pre-season games begin Saturday, August 15th (versus the Dallas Cowboys), which gives us a few Seahawks practice games that are open to the public.
- July 26th
- July 31st
- August 1st ("Back Together Weekend")
- August 5th
There are two Kids Day events this year (those days are my favorite): Tuesday, August 4th, and Thursday, August 13th.
All practice times start at 1 p.m. with the exception of Football Fest Day on Saturday, August 8th at Lumen Field, which begins at 5:20 p.m.

There's no other time I can recall in the recent history of the Seahawks where you can get tickets on the field for less than the cost of two movie tickets!
I had to double check to make sure my eyes weren't deceiving me--you can get two tickets to each of the practice games and Football Fest at Lumen Field thru Ticketmaster for $15 each!*** All seats are at the 100 Level Seating and come with full views of everything happening on the field. Now, that's my kind of living!
***Price doesn't include the online Ticketmaster service fees though, but it's only $1.35 per ticket.
