Moses Lake Man Sentenced To Life For Child Rape

A Grant County man could spend the rest of his life in prison after being sentenced for raping a child.

Judge Anna Gigliotti handed down the sentence to 63-year-old Dale Lewis of Moses Lake in Grant County Superior Court on Tuesday.

Prosecutors say Lewis sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl in February of 2021.

Lewis must spend almost eight years prison before being eligible for parole.
